I went to see Margaret about one fitness issue and left having discovered at least five things that were affecting my ability to attain my goals.Margaret even taught me how to breathe. I had no idea I couldn’t do such a fundamental task, but she figured it out and it is changing the way I exercise and live.
The thing I loved most about working with her is that she truly tailored everything to suit me.
