Seminars for the Public

I offer seminars to the general public on safe and effective strategies for living with osteoporosis. If you are at risk of or have been diagnosed with osteoporosis you should attend one of my one hour Stop the Stoop Osteoporosis Exercise and Education Seminar. The content I present is based on work I have done with clients diagnosed with osteoporosis and my MelioGuide training for health care professionals.

I present clear, practical, easy to understand and simple to follow strategies for living with osteoporosis.

All of the Stop the Stoop seminars are held at NutriChem Pharmacy and Clinic in Ottawa.

Seminars for Professionals

I offer workshops throughout Canada and the United States to health care and fitness professionals on safe exercise programs for people for osteoporosis. You can register for these workshops through my MelioGuide.com website.

These are an intensive and interactive Workshops targeted at Physiotherapists, Kinesiologists, Occupational Therapists, Certified Athletic Therapists and Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialists (CSCS) who deal with clients/patients subject to low bone density and who want find a means to improve their bone health.

These Workshops will empower you, the Health Care and Fitness Professional, with the skills to immediately assess your client/patient needs and deliver a practical exercise program that can be applied in a clinical setting.

Successful participants will become part of the MelioGuide delivery network of practitioners providing quality programs to persons with Osteoporosis or Osteopenia. All participants will be added to the MelioGuide continuing education network.

Over 500 Health Care Professionals in Canada, the United States, Korea and South Africa have been trained on the MelioGuide approach to treating and managing clients with osteoporosis, and thousands of clients around the world have used the MelioGuide online exercise program.
