Physiotherapy and Personal Training Services

The following are the types of exercise programs that I offer:
  • Safe and effective Osteoporosis and Osteopenia exercise programs.
  • Personal training programs for fitness and sports conditioning.
  • Posture exercise programs to address neck, back or other pain areas.
  • Injury and joint replacement rehabilitation exercise programs.
  • Group exercise classes on physio ball training, bone health and posture improvement.

Assess | Progress | Success

My approach is to assess your fitness level and potential, discuss your goals, develop a program that meets your needs, monitor your progress and work with you on your plan until you meet your goals. In the end, I would like to see your succeed and be able to independently manage your program without my regular attention.

Step 1 - Assess

Each program starts with an assessment and evaluation of your key physical parameters such as core stability, balance, strength, posture, endurance, and flexibility.

Step 2 - Progress

A program is selected and designed for you based upon the assessment findings and your personal goals. Together, we develop a winning personal strategy for you! A program typically involves six to ten working sessions with you to get you on track to you achieve your goals. This is when you make the progress you had hoped for!

Step 3 - Success

Once you have achieved your desired success with your health and fitness program, you will be in a position (if you so choose) to manage your program independently. You will be self-directed and empowered. At this stage, you only need a health maintenance strategy that involves periodic checkups, program modifications or program enhancements to move yourself to a higher health and fitness level.
